General Conditions
WHO IS COVERED: Our warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
WARRANTY PERIOD: Unless otherwise specified we offer 12 months warranty on all products.
WHAT IS COVERED: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials including (but not limited to): Mechanism, Frame, Foam, Comfort layers, Springs, Power components, Handle, Hardware, Fabric, Stitching.
EXCLUSIONS: We do not offer a warranty on products used for commercial purposes. Minor imperfections, cosmetic flaws, animal damage and damage caused by the sun are not covered. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear is not covered.
WEIGHT LIMITS: Unless otherwise specified the weight limit for all products is 120kgs.
REPAIR / REPLACE / REFUND: We reserve the right to repair or replace either parts of a defective item or the item in its entirety. In the instance a replacement item is not available we will offer you an alternative or a refund.
Note: Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period. We reserve the right to charge additionally for, or deduct from a refund, the cost of shipping wherever deemed appropriate. Customers may be responsible for the removal of the faulty product if disposal is required.
Specific to beds
EXCLUSIONS: General exclusions (above) apply. In addition: Natural aromas from materials used in mattress construction, defects arising from the use of a box-spring base (our mattresses are not suitable for box-spring bases) and body contouring.
BODY CONTOURING: It is normal for a new bed to develop body impressions over time as the foam layers contour to your body shape. Regularly rotating your mattress will help to equalize body impressions. On Pillow-top or Euro-top mattresses approximately 25-35mm height adjustment is considered normal.
