We offer free delivery to most addresses in the South Island, on orders over $799. Orders less than $799 are available for delivery for a flat rate of $99.

Please note: Some rural or remote addresses may be subject to a surcharge. If there are any additional costs, we will contact you.

Delivery is to driveway or ground-level entrance only.

This is a single-person delivery service: the driver will not enter the home, carry items upstairs, or handle items beyond ground-level drop-off.

Where possible, the driver may assist in placing items in a safe, sheltered area.

We aim to dispatch orders on the next available service. Standard delivery takes 5–10 working days from pickup. If there are delays, we’ll contact you.

We will email you with a delivery window when your order is collected, don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder.  The driver will call you prior to delivery.

Please inspect your goods carefully on delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the items, take photos of the box/damage, and notify us immediately.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for damage reported after the goods have been signed for.

Add your items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and select “Pick Up” from our Dunedin store. Most orders are ready within the hour, but if you’d prefer to collect later, just give us a call.

When you arrive, head to the counter and our sales team will bring up your order in the system. Please have your web order receipt handy to make collection quick and easy. You’re welcome to use our carpark while you pick up your items.
