CLICK & COLLECT: Contactless pick up is available for online purchases from our Dunedin store. Full level-2 social distancing & hygiene measures are in place - Staff will be available to load your vehicle.
DUNEDIN DELIVERY: Contactless delivery is available. Goods will be left outside your house in a designated area. We will coordinate delivery times with you on the day.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF DUNEDIN: Contactless delivery is available for online purchases. Please contact us directly for details.
We can deliver anywhere in New Zealand
COST: All delivery charges are additional and are calculated at checkout. The cost of delivery is dependent on the volume of your order (m³) and the region you live in (the minimum charge is 1m³). If you feel the rate we quote is incorrect, or you are able to get a better price independently please contact us. Often we will have several alternative options.
DELIVERY TIME: We endeavour to dispatch goods the next working day after receiving an order. Delivery can take 5-10 working days but may vary in some cases - We will contact you if there is going to be a delay.
TRACKING: In most cases our system will send automated tracking information to the email address provided. Please remember to check your spam and junk folders for the email.
RURAL ADDRESSES: Unfortunately, delivery to rural addresses and addresses outside of metropolitan and main centres may take additional time. If you are unsure if your address falls into this category please contact us.
FREIGHT DAMAGE: Sometimes accidents occur so goods must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and if found to be damaged must not be received or signed for. Claims where damage is reported after receipt of goods will not be accepted.
