Absolutely amazing service. I had the blonde lady to sell the bed to me (so sorry don’t know your name) she was so kind and non judgmental what so ever. We were having issues to assemble the base, we called the store and brought in the parts we were struggling with and the boys were so kind to drop everything and assemble the legs on which we couldn’t figure out. We got the second cheapest bed and honestly it’s really comfortable for the price. Also next day delivery, which is so good. Amazing service, cheap prices, good quality furniture. Definitely will be back here. Thanks so much guys for making it so easy and such an easy time. Cat is also very happy with the new bed and thinks it’s a gift for him.
Amazing service. My mother (94 yrs), died not long after I bought a lovely set of drawers for her. I moved them up to my place but couldn't get the drawers aligned properly. After calling My Mate John, they asked for pictures of the problem. The following day the drawers were uplifted and replaced with a new set of drawers that were fully assembled. Can't speak highly enough of this store.
Open and lively place to be on a Saturday. Staff were friendly and available without being too pushy. Had exactly what we wanted at great price - happy to answer questions to make sure we were getting what we needed. Amazing service, only in the door 2 minutes and asked if we needed anything. Taken to the product of choice and others recommended ending in a sale. 15 minutes tops. Great job Ian, have a merry Xmas
